Two conditions are equivalent when each implies the other, so they have the same truth value within the stated setting.
Equivalence is stronger than one-way sufficiency. Riemann Console treats this distinction carefully because a false sufficient condition does not refute RH, whereas a genuinely RH-equivalent condition would stand or fall with RH itself.
