A build manifest is a machine-readable record listing the files and cryptographic hashes that identify a particular website build or release.
It lets a verifier compare an observed collection of files with the expected build identity. Riemann Console keeps website-build identity separate from the Drive-authored content snapshot so one can change without implying that the other changed.
